Camello Inc engaged in pre-construction services to aid developer and design team with building systems and value engineering for the Build-to-Suit medical office building on a vacant lot. Scope of work included all site preparation including all new underground utilities and vertical construction of 7,000 SF ophthalmology clinic. This fast-track project was substantially completed in 6 months with medical operations underway one month after substantial completion.
